This role works closely with stakeholders at all levels and plays a key role in developing business cases for large, complex, and University-wide projects.
It supports the creation and implementation of consistent project frameworks and methodologies across the University, with a primary focus on managing the University's Business Case Framework.As a valuable team member, you'll contribute to a high-performance environment, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.Join a team that provides vital decision-making and delivery support for all major change initiatives within the University.
The role offers the unique challenge of navigating a complex environment, fostering strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, and promoting best practices in project and programme management across the institution.Our ideal candidate will have:A relevant tertiary qualification.Extensive experience in business case writing and facilitation, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service.Demonstrated skill in engaging and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders, including facilitating workshops for project teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.While not required, experience in or an understanding of NZ Treasury Better Business Case accreditation, Prince2, MSP or PMP qualification would be advantageous.This is a Dunedin based, permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) position, although there is flexibility for reduced hours for the right candidate.The salary appointment range for this role is $98,298 to $106,663.
