Manager - Auckland, New Zealand - TMT PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITEDJoin our construction company in Auckland as an Assistant Manager. This role offers a permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts.Key Responsibilities:Assist the manager in planning, organizing, and executing company operations.Supervise and coordinate worker tasks, providing guidance and support.Monitor project quality and implement quality control measures.Maintain accurate records of inventory and assist with ordering materials.Prepare contracts and invoices for contractors.Communicate with project team members, sub-contractors, and consultants.Record and analyze company data to inform decisions.Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs.Ensure safety protocols and compliance regulations are followed.Requirements:At least three years of relevant experience or a relevant NZ bachelor degree.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Physical fitness and a willingness to work hard.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.We value our team members and offer opportunities for skill development and growth.
