We are seeking a self-driven individual with strong communication skills and some proven experience in proactively engaging and fostering alliances to enhance SR's goal of forming more tangible and sustainable partnership opportunities.
The individual should also be comfortable in navigating administrative matters in relation to other secretariat functions in SR, as assigned.
We are looking for a proactive individual who has the agility to excel as a collaborative team player.Overall Key Responsibilities:Assist SR leaders in realizing strategic goals related to corporate development, university engagement, and regional outreach.Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate meaningful cooperation and partnership opportunities.Navigate administrative responsibilities effectively, collaborating with other secretariat functions within the Strategic Relations team.Specific Responsibilities:Strategic Implementation of Regional Initiatives and Corporate EngagementSupport strategic partnerships with regional organizations to expand market reach.Attend to local corporate enquiries for collaboration.Identify key contacts within target organizations to facilitate academia and corporate partnerships.Internal Stakeholder ManagementBuild relationships with internal stakeholders to foster potential collaborations effectively.Events Planning (if required)Work as a team to strategically plan events in line with the Business School's vision, including programme conceptualization and logistics management.Coordinate guest speakers, engagement activities, stakeholder liaison, and budget management for successful event execution.Other secretariat functions as assignedExamples: Commencement, MAB, MOE enquiries.QualificationsSelf-driven individual with exceptional communication skills.Demonstrated success as a results-driven project manager with strong problem-solving skills.Strong project management and organizational skills involving multiple tasks and teams while maintaining a positive attitude.Possess 6 - 8 years of relationship/account management experience and is passionate about business development.Comfortable handling administrative tasks and coordinating with various team functions.Pro-active mindset with a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.An eye for detail and meticulous.Good software proficiency especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
