We're looking for an experienced Manager Architecture to join our committed, friendly, focused ICT team. This is a permanent role based in our central Wellington office.
About the role:
This exciting new position, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, will lead a new Architecture team of five, comprising capabilities in service design, solution design, and cyber security. We are bringing these capabilities together to ensure our technology solutions are aligned to services and have a strong focus on security by design.
The role will be a key member of the ICT leadership team, working collaboratively with other ICT managers across the breadth of ICT's technical domains. The role will engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure business objectives are well understood and represented in ICT services and solutions. The position will also play a key role in several governance forums.
Additionally, the Architecture team will develop and maintain architectural principles, policies, guidelines, and standards for technology and data across the organisation.
The Manager Architecture will lead the ongoing development and maintenance of the ICT strategy and roadmap, which has already secured funding.

The remuneration for this position, inclusive of all benefits, is $144,993 to $217,490 with a midpoint of $181,241. Starting remuneration will depend on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
