The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operations of the store, working closely with the Franchisee.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyaltyLead a team with a great sense of humour and initiative, driving results to meet Franchisee goalsBe flexible and able to turn your hand to any aspect of the businessWork 40 hours across seven days a week between 6 am to 10 pm where necessaryHave reliable transport and full New Zealand working rightsRequirements:At least 2 years' experience as an Assistant ManagerA valid right to work in New ZealandCustomer service experience is essentialOwning or having regular access to a car is requiredPeople management experience is beneficialWhat We Offer:An estimated salary range of NZD $55,000 - NZD $70,000 per annum based on location and experience.This role offers a unique opportunity to join the worldwide Subway organisation and be part of a dynamic team that values exceptional customer service and teamwork.
