Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Wellington Reporting to the Management Support Team Lead, this role works with two of our General Managers, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of our organisation.
You will be the "go to" person for the General Managers of our Engagement and Enterprise and our Migration groups. You will provide comprehensive administrative support and advice along with project coordination, event management and logistics, as well as preparation of short papers, reports, and presentations. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Our successful candidate is agile, has a can-do attitude, experience in administrative roles, and provides outstanding executive support.
