Consultants (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeWe're looking for a talented Business Management Consultants (x2) to join this professional services firm operating in Wellington and Auckland. This role will work directly with public and private sector clients, in an experienced and supportive team. X4's mission is to help clients optimise their strategy and operational potential, manage change, deliver results, and accelerate success.X4 comprises a highly skilled and dedicated team with extensive experience gained locally and internationally in the areas of business transformation, organisational change management, business analysis, enterprise architecture, business process improvement, programme and project management, knowledge, information and data management, and IT service excellence.THE ROLEX4 has a great track record of hiring Business Management Consultants and integrating them into the team, providing them with great projects, supporting them, and ensuring they develop and utilise their skills as part of an incredible team. The projects are all critical to our clients and help improve their businesses overall and include business analysis, software selection, project management, change management, budget preparation, and reports. Many of the projects will involve working directly with the Principal Directors and Owners of X4. You would be quickly integrated within the X4 team and be working on client assignments alongside other talented consultants.Ability to work from home as agreed with manager - 1 day a week.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping Action plans, Strategic Plans, Roadmaps, procedures, policies and more, tailored to our client's business context.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, maintaining professionalism at all times.Project Management Support: Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure timely and transparent reporting of progress and adherence to project schedules and deliverables; contribute to and help enhance X4's knowledge base.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORX4 invests in our people, offering significant access to professional development and mentoring. We have a preference for people with prior consulting experience.KEY ATTRIBUTESBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as Management Consultant or similar Consulting role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why Choose X4:X4 Consulting Think, Shape and Deliver to assist our clients reach new levels of success.
