Management / Business Accountant

Platinum Recruitment – Queenstown, South Island Commercially focused Finance & Accounting role on offer in Wanaka for a qualified professional as a Management Accountant working across the entire business. My client's business is innovative & is the market leader in their industry. This position will report directly into the business owner. You will be in a team-based environment but have responsibility for delivering your own workload, providing financial information to the organisation by looking after internal management reporting. You will be part of key decision-making processes & an integral member of the team. Key Responsibilities include: Monthly business / board reporting Costing analysis & variance Analysis of financial results Performance reporting Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure To be successful you will need: 3+ years of corporate finance accounting experience Tertiary qualification in accounting / finance Computer skills - Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyse information skillfully, and maintain confidentiality Demonstrate leadership and consistent ownership of assigned work.
