In this essential role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, President and meeting support for leadership and governance teams.What you'll be doingProviding comprehensive administrative support, including diary management and travel arrangements, for the CEO & President, and meeting coordination and minute taking for the National Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Team.Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and other key documentsHandling incoming enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretionLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersSupporting membership engagement including event planning, logistics and content creationContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and assisting with special projectsWhat we're looking forExperience as a Management Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a professional services or not-for-profit environmentExceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsAttention to detail, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentialityA proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach to your workWhat we offerAt the Pharmaceutical Society of NZ, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive workplace that empowers our employees to thrive.
