We support the effective budgeting, funding, development, procurement, and delivery of health and disability services. Every day we ensure financial strength and accountability is maintained by designing, carrying out, and monitoring clear financial processes and practices. There are plenty of opportunities in this role for greatly expanding your professional expertise.About the ServiceAs part of our diverse Finance team, the Management Accountant is a key member working with our corporate and business partnering finance teams, service, and portfolio managers. We are a team that looks out for one another, works collaboratively together, and is always on the hunt for improved ways of working.About YouYou will be a strong communicator who can confidently challenge scenarios based on sound reasoning and information. You will have strong technical skills, be comfortable with the analysis of large datasets, and discuss financial information across our teams. You may have some experience in cost/project accounting or at least you're interested in learning it.We are not necessarily looking for the traditional Accountant.
