About the role This is a full-time Management Accountant position based in Bromley, Canterbury at Aroma NZ Limited. As the Management Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial planning, budgeting and analysis, ensuring the business has the financial information required to make strategic and operational decisions. What you'll be doing Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow analysisManage the budgeting and forecasting processOversee inventory valuation, control and balancing, ensuring accurate reportingConduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities to drive business performanceSupport the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reportingProvide strategic financial advice to the leadership team to support decision-makingAssist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as requiredProvide general support across the business as part of a small Head Office team.Led the integration of a stock management system within ERPWhat we're looking for Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA or CPA) with 5+ years' post-qualification experienceStrong technical accounting skills, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecastingProficient in using financial software and data analysis tools to generate meaningful insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholdersProven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing financial best practicesCollaborative approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracyAdaptable and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.If you're excited by the prospect of joining our team, we encourage you to apply now.
