Are you a contractor looking for your next gig to see you into early 2025? This is a great opportunity to work for a well-known name in the Christchurch region. They are a large organization who require help with project work. You must be able to start immediately and available until at least March 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide financial reports and insights to aid strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Liaise with external auditors and provide documentation as needed
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of financial systems and processes
Support the finance team with general accounting tasks as required
You will have:
Experience in a CA firm is desirable
2+ years of experience in a Management Accountant role
Great written and verbal communication skills
Experience in MS Excel
Excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail
