What You'll Be Doing: As our Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of ABI.
Your responsibilities will include: Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with the Finance Manager to prepare budgets, forecasts, and provide detailed variance analysis.
Revenue Reporting: Manage monthly revenue reporting, ensuring all revenue contracts are accurately executed and invoiced.
Management Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate financial reports and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.
Compliance & Internal Controls: Oversee compliance, conduct internal audits, and maintain financial integrity.
Tax & Month-End Processing: Handle tax filings and complete month-end processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance finance processes.
Desired Skills and Experience What You'll Bring: A degree in Accountancy with CA/CPA qualifications.
At least 5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Expertise in using advanced spreadsheets and accounting software (experience with Business Central is a plus).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and various stakeholders.
A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
