Management Accountant (Fixed Term Contract)

The Role: We are seeking a Qualified Accountant who is looking for a Management Accountant based role on a Fixed Term Contract. Titled Management Accountant you will be joining a busy and high performing team that has the responsibility of supporting the wider organisation to deliver their services effectively and efficiently and achieve their overall objectives.
This is a business facing role requiring engagement with non-financial stakeholders on a regular basis and therefore requires strong communication and relationship management skills to gather the required information in a comprehensive and timely manner.
The role of Management Accountant will encompass monthly management reporting, performance measurement, forecasting and commercial decision support around long term business planning and budgeting for the business.
Requirements: Ideally immediately available
CA (or equivalent) qualified is required due to the complex nature of the work involved and the projects you will be associated with. Equally you need to have strong Excel skills and have a commercially focused mindset.
You will likely have already left Practice and moved into the corporate sector, however if you are able to demonstrate the necessary attributes and are confident in your ability to pick things up quickly then the client is still happy to consider your application.
Realistically you will need to have come from a larger Practice environment where you have had direct exposure working with corporate scale clients, either in an audit or corporate advisory capacity or you will be already working in industry within a Management Accountant, Financial Analyst position or above.
