We have an exciting senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to join our Infrastructure team based in Newmarket. Reporting to the General Manager - Major Projects, you will be a key member of the Enterprise Model leadership team responsible for achieving our Enterprise Model objectives including delivery of the 40:20:20 strategy - carbon, cost and safety reduction. In this role you will provide leadership to our construction Project Managers and provide project management expertise throughout delivery of some of our largest infrastructure projects. We are looking for a strong and passionate leader with the ability to support growth strategies and ensure the company targets and goals are being achieved alongside a deep care for developing our people. To be successful in this role, you will have a proven background in infrastructure, are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture. Your background will include: 12 plus years' experience in engineering or project management as well as BE or equivalent tertiary level qualification Experience leading people and large teams in a project environment with exposure to overseeing and managing multiple projects Proven project commercial experience in a leadership position A strong background in construction contracting Experience in contributing to organisational outcomes and driving the organisation forward Ability to operate and collaborate effectively across the organisation and different stakeholder groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills You will have chartered status with ENZ or equivalent relevant organisation.
