Tides Hotel Bar & Eatery is seeking a full-time Maitre'd to lead our restaurant team. The successful candidate should have previous experience in Food & Beverage service.The restaurant and conference facilities average between 50 - 60 diners per night, including large groups with TDH service. Over the summer, we get numbers up to 100 per evening; this is a busy role.This role includes, but is not limited to:Seating and greeting guestsManaging reservationsManaging staffManaging serviceManaging conference and event setup and pack downsHandling guest feedbackOpening and closingReporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, and General Manager.
