This position is responsible for the delivering of increased plant reliability and performance through the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Assisting in developing and implementing a plan to address problematic equipment and improve maintenance performance.
About the engineering manager role: This role reports to the Site Maintenance Manager.Installations, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and fault-finding on all equipment -mechanical/electrical/pneumatic.Ensuring machines and equipment on site are safe, working efficiently, and fit for purposeBig picture as well as detailed understanding of complex systemsWork closely with Manufacturing to support plant uptime efficienciesDrive and ensure compliance with the Quality Policy and IMS Policies and Procedures. Maintain a quality preventative maintenance programme.About you: You have a Millwright qualification (Dual qualified – electrical and mechanical)Proven experience in maintenance in a processing plant.
