ABOUT YOU: • Previous 3 years relevant work experience • Measuring and quoting on small jobs • Computer savvy with the ability to use trade-based phone app • Strong Health & Safety focus • Customer focused • basic electrical, HVAC and plumbing experience. • Assisting automation and security installation. • Able to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team • Honest and reliable in attendance - requires early morning starts. YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE: • Performing a range of building maintenance tasks - repairing buildings, doors, windows, timber framing; • Internal and external refurbishment of buildings; • Assisting framing work, plasterboard replacement, minor plaster work; • Minor Interior & exterior paintwork; • Assisting decking and cladding, hard landscaping like fencing; • Carry out site inspections to identify and resolve issues as required; • Attending to after-hours calls and emergencies where required; • Reporting on the progress of jobs. • Assist with electrical and plumbing works WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: We offer permanent full-time position, a minimum hours 30 to 40 hours per week with a competitive salary, hourly rate min 29 to 32 dollars based on candidate's experience, mobile phone and van depending up on work .
