If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves problem-solving, and is dedicated to ensuring optimal operational efficiency, we want to hear from you.
Service and maintain our parcel sorting machinery, ensuring they are fit for purpose and meeting our operational needs. From fault finding and fixing issues as they arise to regular planned maintenance - this role covers it all.
This role is part of our shift-based teams in Wiri, working on our brand-new state of the art automated processing technology. Working at heights is part of the gig, and the teams operate on the Dupont shift pattern with one week off as part of the roster pattern. This is a 24/7 operation and we have a team of technicians on site at all times.
Mou - About you As either an experienced maintenance engineer or qualified electrician, you'll enjoy fault finding and be a practical problem solver who is calm and logical under pressure, ensuring any breakdowns get back on track as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You'll need a positive and flexible attitude and enjoy playing an important role in delivering what our customers care about.
Alongside the above, you'll couple this with:
New Zealand Electrical Registration or Electrical Service Technician Registration with papers A & B - this is a must-have for these roles2 years minimum as an electrical/mechanical technicianControl system or programming experience is desirableAll our technicians work the Dupont roster pattern at this site.
