Full Time Application Closes 24 May 2024 Southland - Gore Grounds Maintenance Worker Mo te tunga | About the role: Join our Maintenance Team in Gore, where you'll play a key role in the building and maintenance services as an integral part of the broader maintenance team, ensuring the upkeep of Resthaven - Gore. 
Seize this opportunity for a full time role with an on call roster component.
Nga kawenga | Key Responsibilities: providing building and maintenance service for our properties in Gore keeping accurate records of work completed and adhering to all compliance requirements such as the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 monitoring the Building Warrant of Fitness Compliance manual checks including programmed and emergency maintenance ensuring all work is carried out within agreed timeline and budget. Nga pukenga | What you will need to be successful: a full New Zealand drivers licence previous experience in a similar role understanding and commitment to ensure a safe and healthy workplace ability to prioritise workload ability to build strong working relationships both internally with residents and staff and externally with suppliers and contractors trade qualification preferred but not essential.
