In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the setup, racking, and shop fit-out projects while also performing general maintenance tasks as needed.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the setup and installation of racking systems and other store fixtures to support shop fit-out projects.Conduct basic carpentry work to assist with various installation and maintenance tasks (no formal qualification required).Collaborate effectively with managers and team members to ensure all tasks are completed as expected.Carry out general maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of store facilities and equipment.Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the setup and maintenance activities.Adhere to health and safety practices, ensuring compliance with safety regulations for all tasks.Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive outlook and approach to work.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred.Ability to support shop fit-out activities and conduct basic carpentry work effectively.Physically capable and comfortable lifting heavy items and using tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent collaboration skills with a positive attitude.
