If you're a passionate engineer with a strong maintenance management background and commitment to continuous improvement, then we want to talk to you.The RoleReporting to our Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the maintenance function at the Auckland site by utilising your strong leadership skills and technical expertise. You will lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, ensuring that our machine performance and line efficiencies are maximised through the implementation of best-in-class preventative/predictive maintenance practices. You will maintain a working knowledge of machinery, equipment, and technology, while also focusing on continuous improvement of the plant processes and assisting in the improvement of product quality.Please note this role is a rotating shift pattern 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm, Monday to Friday.What do I need?To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong maintenance management background; experience in a FMCG beverage environment would be ideal. You'll need to be trade qualified and have been exposed to best-in-class maintenance practices in your career.
