If you're driven by continuous improvement and excel at leading teams, we want to hear from you!Your ImpactAs our Maintenance Team Leader based in Auckland, you'll report directly to our Maintenance Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and oversee the maintenance function at our site, drawing upon your robust leadership skills and technical expertise. Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team will be at the heart of your role, ensuring that our machine performance and line efficiencies are optimized through the implementation of best-in-class preventative/predictive maintenance practices.In addition to fostering a culture of excellence within your team, you'll also maintain a comprehensive understanding of our machinery, equipment, and technology. Your keen eye for improvement will drive continuous enhancements in our plant processes, ultimately contributing to the overall enhancement of product quality.The role comes with rotating shifts: alternating between 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday through Friday.About You! Ready for the challenge?
