To maintain the grounds of The Treehouse, whilst also conducting minor repairs to the grounds or the building. Supporting the Facilities Manager to perform health and safety checks and liaise where needed with external contractors. Assisting in driving vehicles when required.

This role requires staff to: Maintain grounds by mowing lawns, clearing leaves and gritting paths when necessary.
Inspect, fix and maintain equipment.
Complete scheduled maintenance tasks.
Conduct preventative maintenance and identify when items need upgrading or replacing.
Liaise with contractors to ensure that they complete projects on time.
Paint and decorate or conduct repairs to flooring and other fittings.
Support Short Breaks Management team to be compliant with all Health and Safety checks.
Lead the gardening volunteers and ensure that tasks are completed that are required.
Assist with driving vehicles to meet the needs of the charity.
