Champion, facilitate and manage on-site RCM and ECM activities.Conduct investigations relating to asset management and preparation of client briefs for updating the BAMP and other asset improvement opportunities.Assist in the preparation of assets budget and monitoring (including P&L / financial review) and delivery against approved assets budget. Focus on all Assets and Maintenance activities.Provide maintenance support to the operations manager, contract operations coordinators, team leaders and operators.Monitor, report and record all maintenance activities on plant and equipment across the region.Undertake necessary asset and maintenance reporting, analysis of expenditure on plant and equipment.Manage corrective actions identified as a result of planned maintenance activities.Health & safety leadership and support to the site SHEQ Representative, including the Safety, Risk and Compliance Officer.Training, inductions, performance and development, toolboxes, etc for team membersParticipate in the Duty Manager's on-call duty roster.Comply with the requirements of VANZ Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Environmental Policy Statements.Comply with the requirements of the company's business management system and the Quality Policy for Drinking Water and Wastewater to contribute to the company's commitment to provide safe, high quality drinking water and wastewater services that consistently meets or exceeds the requirements of the company's contracts.All employees are responsible for reporting hazards, incidents and accidents through the correct procedures.What you'll need to be successfulQualifications:A relevant tertiary qualification, in line with the delivery of Wastewater treatment activities.Demonstrable experience in water / wastewater related asset management and/or project delivery or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Experience:Experience in small team management with suitable experience in technical solutions and/or project management and delivery.Experience in development of project solutions and driving results.Experience in asset management and alignment with contract obligations.Proven ability to manage a project and deliver within time and budget constraints.Proven ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues.Other relevant skills or information:Google suite of programs (essential).SCADA system experience.Well developed reporting and report writing skills.Conversant with NZS3915:2005 or other similar forms of contracts.Conversant with QA systems such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.Ability and willingness to work out of hours when required.Required to take part in an after-hours on-call manager's roster.You have the ability to assess and assimilate a wide range of information and consolidate a position or assessment effectively. A self-starter with an ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, you have the working knowledge to organise resources, establish priorities and meet deadlines through balancing commitments and priorities. You are able to effectively demonstrate flexibility and an ability to handle stress and pressure with strong communication, people management, teamwork and coaching skills. You are self-motivated, enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and a desire for excellent customer service.
