The Role As Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the Engineering Manager, your core functions are as follows: Minimising downtime with planning & maintenance management Ensuring all maintenance adheres to food safety & quality standards Providing leadership with an existing team Freeing up time for the Engineering manager to complete his tasks Driving continuous improvement within the maintenance function THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE/ BE: Min.
3 years in manufacturing maintenance - ideally food Min.
