Are you an experienced Maintenance Planner within engineering or manufacturing looking for a new challenge?
This is a critical role at our CHH Plywood mill where you'll actively build sound relationships with our site team to determine quality information and planning systems.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll be tasked with driving results through determining quality information and planning systems to enable effective and timely decisions for predictive, preventative, and breakdown services.
You'll develop and maintain maintenance plans and systems including the site Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and actively analyse and report on the maintenance team's performance along with recommendations for improvements.
You will likely be:

Trade Qualified
Have a broad appreciation of medium to heavy manufacturing and mechanical processes
Have a solid amount of maintenance planning experience behind you
Knowledge of Excel and overall systems knowledge including SAP (ideally) or experience with computer-based maintenance management systems
Exposure in a process maintenance environment
Working knowledge of maintenance best practice and efficient planning operations
Experience in estimating and scheduling shutdown work and coordinating tasks and labour
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical ability and organisational skills
An understanding of RCM principles and other maintenance strategy tools
Preparing and reporting against maintenance budgets
