We're looking for a Maintenance Planner to join an industry leading building materials manufacturer, who have a highly automated production facility in Masterton, Wairarapa.The focus of the position:Planning of preventative maintenance schedules using computerised maintenance system (MEX)Highly automated, PLC driven production – Isolate the plant, repair and improve faultsReliability - Minimise production downtime due to breakdowns and faultsEngineering Inventory ManagementWork with project teams on plant improvementsProcess Improvement – Business focus on plant improvement and development. With budget available to achieve goalsAbout You:Trade or degree qualified - Mechanical preferred. Electrical also consideredManufacturing industry experience - ideally heavy industryMulti-tasker. Someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and help othersMaintenance planning - Must have experience with CMMS - such as MEX, SAP, MAXIMO etcAbility to lead teams and work well with othersWillingness to get stuck in and jump on the tools where requiredThis is a hugely exciting opportunity to work in a highly automated plant and work for a business that is going from strength to strength.
