Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance tasks around our facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and staff.Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment and systems.Respond efficiently to maintenance requests and identify potential issues before they become problems.Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and improvements as necessary.What You'll BringPrevious experience in a maintenance or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.Flexibility to work on a part-time schedule, with availability to address urgent issues as they arise.The right to work in New Zealand.Why Join Oceania?At Oceania, we offer more than a job; we provide an opportunity to be part of a movement aimed at reimagining the retirement and aged care experience in New Zealand.
