They are committed to excellence in customer service and quality workmanship, with a strong focus on safety and professionalism.Position Overview:We are looking for a Quality and Maintenance Manager to liaise with our clients and subtrades, arranging any remedial maintenance work on completed homes, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for planning and scheduling of each maintenance request from 'start to completion' including liaison with customers, suppliers, tradesman and internal staff.Assess and organise each sub-trade required ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal disruption to the home owner.Work with Penny Homes project team to resolve issues with construction and sub trades.Quality assurance and control - Ensure all trades maintain company standards and complete work in a tradesman-like manner and in accordance with the relevant Building Codes.Liaise with clients and internal management staff to achieve customer satisfaction.Recognize and promote at all times H&S regulations and the company's OSH policies for a Safe Site.Maintain reports records and lead the QA process.Requirements:Excellent communication skills both oral and written at all levels to successfully achieve outcomes.Be an effective team player.Ability to be flexible, prioritise and work in an organised and effective manner.Possess excellent interpersonal and supervision skills and the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.Possess technical knowledge and commercial acumen relevant to the position, and a commitment to continuously updating business awareness.Please note: to be considered for this role you will need to be a New Zealand citizen or resident visa holder.In return for your hard work, dedication, and driven work ethic our client will offer you the following incentives:A competitive annual salary package, vehicle phone & tech.A lively, busy, fun and team-oriented working environment.The pleasure of working in a truly gorgeous location – Taupo!Please apply online to this advert with your CV and a cover letter summarising your experience.
