Your leadership will ensure that all maintenance activities are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, implementation of strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance, and collaborate with the Project Engineer on the implementation of capital projects.About the roleLeadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.Maintenance Planning: Identify, develop, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally.Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any maintenance issues, minimising downtime and ensuring continuous operations.Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
