As our business embarks on an exciting period of significant process change (Integrated Work Systems/IWS), we're excited to be growing our team to ensure we have the skills and experience. We are currently recruiting for a IWS Maintenance Lead, to join our iconic Papakura Manufacturing site.
We're looking for someone with solid engineering experience who uses their initiative daily and who is keen to continue to further develop their existing knowledge and skillset by leading the maintenance side of all things IWS! You'd be responsible for eliminating breakdown related losses through root causing and embedding countermeasures such as preventative maintenance in standards. This role is also responsible for building capability in Operating Teams to deliver overall line results.
This permanent, waged role will be predominantly working the day shift but will require flexibility to support across all three shifts at the Papakura plant. What you'll bring to the role?
• Trade Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience or exposure with IWS will be preferable.
• You will be technically savvy and is passionate about learning new technology and systems.
• Proven experience leading IWS implementation
• Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
• Proven experience working within food manufacturing/production environment and/or FMCG.
• Effective communication, coaching and presentation skills – you take people on the journey!
• Positivity and a solutions-focused approach– nothing is ever a problem!
