We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a passionate Maintenance Lead based in Auckland. As the Maintenance Lead, you will lead our team of Maintenance Technicians, providing on-the-job coaching, deploying our maintenance programmes, and attending breakdowns where required, to optimise the operation of the production area. You will represent the company not only through your technical skills but also by being an ambassador for who we are and what we do at JDE.
The Maintenance Leader supports the maintenance team to achieve manufacturing excellence through preventative maintenance, providing subject matter expertise and coaching operators, as well as developing a culture of equipment ownership in the team with high action orientation and commitment to results.
QualificationsWe're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
Min of 2 years in a people leadership with strong focus on development of teams3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including Engineering rolesExperience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, in safety and quality as well.Project management experience including leading a projectUnderstanding of budgeting and financial processes.Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM (prerequisite), Lean, and 6 Sigma.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?
