The successful candidate will help establish a major asset and set up maintenance systems, processes, and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Recruit and lead a maintenance execution team with front-line expertise and guidance.Oversee safe and efficient delivery of scheduled, preventative, and corrective maintenance.Coordinate rapid breakdown and fault emergency response.Strategize and manage a five-year rolling outage plan for optimal efficiency.Drive the maintenance team to achieve and exceed performance metrics.Requirements:Experience working in an electrical, utilities, transmission, or telecommunications environment.Relevant Tertiary Qualifications or equivalent experience.Experience working in a remote site reliability/maintenance role (advantageous).About Our Client:A visionary Greenfields infrastructure organisation committed to sustainable solutions.
