Maintenance Lead - Auckland, New Zealand - JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS We have a Maintenance Lead opening in Auckland.
Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, providing on-the-job coaching and deploying maintenance programmes to optimize production area operation.
Represent the company through technical skills and ambassadorship for JDE.
The Maintenance Leader supports the team to achieve manufacturing excellence through preventative maintenance, providing subject matter expertise and coaching operators, and developing a culture of equipment ownership.
Key qualifications and experience:
2+ years in people leadership with strong development focus
3-5 years in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred), including Engineering roles
Experience in change management to improve organization performance
Project management experience, including leading a project
Understanding of budgeting and financial processes
Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM, Lean, and 6 Sigma
