The Maintenance Leader supports the team to achieve manufacturing excellence through preventative maintenance, providing subject matter expertise and coaching operators, and developing a culture of equipment ownership.Key qualifications and experience:2+ years in people leadership with strong development focus3-5 years in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred), including Engineering rolesExperience in change management to improve organization performanceProject management experience, including leading a projectUnderstanding of budgeting and financial processesOperational Excellence methodologies like TPM, Lean, and 6 SigmaOnly accepting applications from candidates with legal rights to work in NZ.
