We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Engineering team who supports the manufacturing facility for a successful and growing organisation.As a Maintenance Fitter you will be actively involved in the planned preventative, proactive, and reactive maintenance programme to maximise facility reliability and to minimise unplanned disruption. You will use your strong communication skills together with your eye for continuous improvement to support our manufacturing facilities. Demonstrated, practical problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to health and safety is fundamental to the role as is your high level attention to detail.You will work as part of a team that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and use our computerised maintenance system for the allocation and completing of engineering works. Your ability to follow procedures and thoroughness is essential in maintaining accurate and compliant maintenance records on work conducted.The site operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
