Job Description Job Description This is a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our friendly team in Auckland, autonomous role where you organise your work.
In this role, you will work alongside our team at our Living Earth Auckland site and be responsible for all the equipment and machineries onsite by performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
Responsibilities will include: Maintaining vehicle records by annotating all inspections, servicing, and repairs on the job sheetsMaintaining vehicles and associated equipment according to our company policy and vendor recommended programmesConducting vehicle and body/unit servicing in accordance with our company Preventative Maintenance ProgrammeAlways promote and maintain safe practicesCarrying out fault diagnostics repairs in the workshop Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need: Experience in repairs and maintenance of earthmoving equipment and heavy machinery.A Heavy Diesel Trade experience in the preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of fleet trucks would be highly desirable.Preference will be given to those with hydraulic systems diagnostics and maintenance experience and/or experience in automotive electrical/electronic fault diagnosis.Experience in welding and fitting is mandatory.
