Maintenance Fitter

Job description:

Adjust stone machines to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine maintenance and servicing on stone machinery andequipment.
Diagnose faults, overhaul and repair mechanical parts and stonemachines.
Read drawings and specifications and plans, fabricate and installproductions using stone machines, equipment as well as a range ofpower tools such as water jet, bridge saw, grinders and cutters etc.
Estimate materials required for specific job components.
Dismantle, repair and assemble metal parts and stone machines.
Keep accurate maintenance and servicing records and documentation.
Storage and manage the materials and tools well on workspace.
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such assafety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area.
Liaise with manager and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job pre-requisites:

At least three years of relevant work experience
Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
