Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining preventive maintenance programs for all facility equipment and systems Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize operational disruption Coordinating with vendors for equipment repairs and installations Working closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance plans Maintaining records of maintenance activities and analysing data for process improvements The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience Proven experience in maintenance planning in an industrial or engineering setting Strong understanding of CMMS and maintenance lifecycle management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Knowledge of safety standards in an industrial environment Lowie Recruitment can offer you not just a job, but a career.
