We can offer a competitive package, great employee discounts, and special offers across JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys, paid parental leave, and novated leasing.Responsibilities: Coordinate store maintenance requests ensuring contractors, suppliers and stores prioritise safety, minimise down time and cost of repairs.Develop and implement maintenance plans for preventative maintenance.Manage maintenance requirements for new stores, relocations and relays are determined and implemented such as air-conditioning and lifts.Prepare and provide correct documentation for lease renewal budgeting process.Ensure data in the Maintenance System is maintained with accurate information and coordinate any changes.Provide feedback and reporting on contractor compliance with Service Level Agreements.Carry out accurate and timely invoicing and reconciliation activities to ensure clarity of CAPEX/OPEX investment and that contractors are only invoiced for work that they do in accordance with SLAsWork collaboratively with Finance to ensure supplier invoice payments are paid and that store allocated budgets are tracked and reported on.Provide key support and administration for periodic annual essential services audits.Maintain effective working relationships with relevant external stakeholders such as contractors and trades.Continuously improve skills and knowledge through available online platforms keep up to date with changes to relevant legislation and regulations.
