We strive to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers and take pride in our family values, which we instill into all facets of our company operations.Position OverviewWe currently have opportunities for Maintenance Engineers to join our Engineering Team.Our new Maintenance Engineers will report to the Engineering Foreperson.The hours of work are Wednesday to Saturday 5:30 am - 5:00 pm or Sunday to Wednesday 5:30 am - 5:00 pm.Minimum RequirementsIf you have:Level 4 Trade certificate in maintenance and diagnostics or fitter/turnerNZ residency or a valid NZ work visaAt least 3 years' experience in industrial/factory maintenance (food industry experience would be a bonus)Experience providing expertise on the maintenance of plant and equipmentGood fault finding and root cause analysis skillsExperience performing preventative maintenance inspections, and proactively managing any mechanical issues to minimise downtimeExperience in managing the maintenance of critical sparesPersonal AttributesWe are looking for someone who is:A demonstrated commitment to health and safetyA team player but still able to work on their ownAble to manage and prioritise their timeSomebody who understands the need to get things running ASAPIf you are looking to build a career in a cornerstone industry - then this is the role for you!We will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to really make a difference in a challenging environment through ongoing support and development.
