Maintenance Engineer

Your new company

Based across the Hutt Valley, two large plant sites across food & waste seeking to hire engineers to join their maintenance & repair team. Work consists of repair and maintenance of mechanical plants, diagnosing breakdowns, and repair work on site, including some testing and certifying/operating machinery.

What you'll need to succeed

Eligibility to work in NZ and ideally looking for a long-term role
A Minimum of Level 4 National Certificate in Engineering in either welding, fitter/turner, toolmaking, or maintenance
Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule (overtime offered)
Must be able to work from height (if required)
Industrial and mechanically minded and willing to do on-call work
Reliability & a good attitude
Rigging experience and Forklift licence are preferred
