We supply New Zealand's finest grass-fed lamb, beef and venison and our products are enjoyed in more than 65 countries across the globe, from the rich tapestry of the United Kingdom to the intriguing and ancient wonders of Asia.Our strong international presence and continued success is the result of an innovative farmer-owned co-operative that never loses sight of its heritage, whilst continuing to seek opportunities and possibilities to grow effectively.The role of a Maintenance Engineer is a vital part of the team at our Alliance Nelson Plant.Reporting to the Engineering Manager your duties will include:Maintaining, installing, and supporting operations and operational equipmentPlanned and execute reactive and preventative maintenance works.Maintaining a very high Health and Safety standardsWorking with the Maintenance Supervisor, to minimise plant downtime.Conduct diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems, to determine the root cause.Replace and/or repair damaged or defective components.Attending to and addressing breakdownsNga painga - what's in it for you?We are an employer that is committed to making a difference for families and communities and supporting people to build rewarding careers.
