Description Our client is a leading food manufacturer that is dedicated to producing high-quality products. They are looking for a switched on, skilled Maintenance Engineer to help them keep their operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full time, long term role, and ideally you are able to start immediately! Will be temp to permanent to ensure reliability, or straight to permanent if you have all the skills we are after!
You Can Expect:
Monday to Friday.
2pm-11pm. Shifts are 9 hours long.
$49p/hr.
Immediate start available.
Long term work.
Work Duties Include:
Completion of equipment repairs and servicing within allocated timeframes.
Implement engineering projects to ensure the plant is continually improving and meeting business needs.
Attend project meetings and provide input into actions and timeframes. Regularly update progress on projects.
Develop and manage electrical strategy for plant to ensure that electrical issues are identified and resolved.
Maintaining site H&S and environmental systems and processes.
Follow H&S and environmental systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
Other areas of responsibility as required by the company.
About You:
Maintenance or Electrical Engineering Experience Essential.
Able to identify and resolve hazards in Engineering and Plant operations.
Physically fit.
Happy working in a small team.
Excellent communication skills.
MUST have car to get to work.
