The Role
As an Electrical Technician, you will take charge of conducting primary and secondary testing of substation assets, ensuring the installation and connection of cabling, equipment, and fixtures meet the highest standards.
You'll operate advanced test equipment such as Kelman testers, HV Meggers, and Omicron instruments while supervising and mentoring small teams on routine maintenance and capital works projects.
A strong focus on strict HSE compliance and delivering quality-assured results will be at the core of your responsibilities.

About you
- EWRB Registered Electrician/Electrical Fitter License (or mutually recognised equivalent).
- At least 10 years of experience in the electrical industry, including 5 years in substation environment.
- Strong ability to read substation drawings and resolve technical faults.
- Solid planning, procurement, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and commitment to safety compliance.
- Current driver's license and excellent communication skills.
