The purpose of this role is to work with the highways maintenance and operations service delivery contractor to achieve the specified customer and technical levels of service.Working alongside other Maintenance Contract Managers, Network Managers, and Journey Manager and other internal teams, you will play a vital part in contract management to assist in achieving the best outcomes for all parties, through collaboration and open communication. This is where your strong relationship management and negotiation skills will come to the fore.
