Maintenance Contract Manager – State HighwaysNZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi – New Plymouth, North IslandTe Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityAs our Maintenance Contract Manager, you will work with the Network Outcomes maintenance delivery contract and provide levels of service that meet both the technical requirements and the customer needs. The purpose of this role is to work with the state highways maintenance and operations service delivery contractor to achieve the specified customer and technical levels of service.Working alongside the Senior Network Manager, Journey Manager and other internal teams, you will play a vital part in contract management to assist in achieving the best outcomes for all parties, through collaboration and open communication. This is where your strong relationship management and negotiation skills will come to the fore.
