In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of Parks and Reserves facilities contracted to Downer NZ.Please be aware this is a hands-on cleaning role - not a building/labourer/carpenter job.Your Role Will Require You ToConduct regular cleaning and maintenance of park facilities including toilets, BBQs, bins and park furniture to ensure a high standard of servicePerform litter collection and upkeep of public areas to enhance the community's enjoymentAdhere to Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) standards by managing activities for superior safety performance during daily operationsUndertake hazard identification and document findings prior to starting work on siteBe vigilant of the public in work areas and assess the appropriateness of activities to maintain public safetyLiaise with clients and the public to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptlyNga Pukenga Motuhake | Important SkillsWe are looking for candidates who have a positive attitude and display a great willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
