This is a construction group that owns a portfolio of properties, including leased properties predominantly on the north shore. Several are retirement villages and retail that require ongoing maintenance as well as ad-hoc carpentry requirements. This role sits within the property management team and reports to the Property Manager.

This role will see you overseeing the maintenance and carpentry issues across several properties, from newer to older in age of property. You will be undertaking carpentry work, attending to maintenance issues such as window and door repairs, plastering, painting, tiling, and general carpentry. You will also be arranging other relevant trades to complete works when required.

The ideal candidate MUST HAVE the following experience:Trade qualified in carpentryBackground in carpentry maintenance or Handyman ServicesBe well organised and able to plan out a program of workExcellent communication skillsThe ability to work effectively with other trades peopleCurrent drivers licenceThis role will be worked 30 – 40 hours per week and be an hourly rate and/or salary of between $90K - $100K + vehicle.
